Behind The Barber

Sway, Adrian, Ralph & Jeremias talk about how it was on my last day at barber college and my future plans now that I've graduated.  I also give my opinion on how I view customer TIPS.

We compare and give pro's and con's on all the clippers and trimmers I own from the Wahl, Andis, and Oster brand.  I also discuss what is my favorite clipper and what clipper and modification I recommend for new barber students.

In episode 8 we discuss the importance of asking your clients questions.  Also go into the financial benefits of having good conversations with your clients and more importantly how it helps to build relationships in the barbershop!

in episode 7 we cover random topics and make 2 big announcements!  It's the first podcast with 4 people on at the same time and it's the first time we get to hear some live music from our co-host and guest.

With the help of our good friend Jim on the podcast we discuss the importance of building your credit and living within your means.

Episode 5 we bring a special guest on the podcast who gives us her perspective on what she likes and dislikes about visiting a barbershop.  She also explains what being a cosmetologist consist of and the differences between cutting men's hair vs women's hair.  We also have some fun bickering back and forth about barber topics.

On episode 4 we discuss the first day of barber college and my experience leaving my job.

Episode 3 of the podcast we discuss how i put in my 2 week notice and discuss the different jobs we have left.

Episode 2 o the podcast will discuss how i chose the name of my podcast and how it goes beyond just a name.

Episode #1 of Behind the Barber Podcast will be an introduction and interview of the host and co host.  We discuss the reasons why i am quitting my corporate job to become a barber.  We also discuss good and bad barbershop experiences.
