God reveals himself to us clearly in his word. There are difficult passages, but their benefit is never beyond our reach.

Who are they whose condemnation is just? Those who play games with the Word of God.

We all need the gift of righteousness that comes only through Christ by the Spirit. All who trust the Son receive this gift as true Jews.

When we keep the requirements of the law, we won’t only realize we can’t obey them perfectly, but we will look to the one who has — Jesus Christ.

Our aim in all we do is to go deep in our grasp of the greatness of God and to pursue passion in our love for the glory of God.

Every time a preacher steps into a pulpit, the canvas is clear for him to paint a fresh portrait of God’s supreme glory with the brushstrokes of Scripture.

What our pulpits need most is not self-help and how-to, but a God-entranced vision of the world and everything in it.

We who know the Bible need not only to teach others its life-saving truth, but we must be taught by the word itself.

No one honors and loves God as he or she should. For that, we deserve death. But Christ has come to give life. He is our only hope.
