How personal boundaries change your life when you have CPTSD

Those boundaries are very important but they are not the only boundaries we should have in place. Why? Because for us to be successful in our healing journey we must give ourselves permission to heal by acknowledging that we are capable and then by forcing ourselves into executing the promises that we make to ourselves. We are often faced with reflecting on the idea of "if we have done enough." Is CPTSD Controlling You Life?
24/07/2020 Duration: 17minI recently said that childhood trauma, CPTSD, and abuse is both the cause and the solution to many of our problems in life. As a trauma coach, my job is to help you do what I have to do, and that is to figure out the underlying reason behind what is happening in your life. Of course, you may be wondering how a childhood filled with adverse experiences can be beneficial in the world. I don't look at this as something that makes your life better when I say solution I mean that understanding our past gives us the leverage and ability to change our present and future.
