Being stuck in a dark underground cave is a childhood nightmare for every kid. On june 23rd 12 boys belonging to the wild boars football team in Thailand along with their coach went adventuring into a cave near the Thai-Myanmar border. But the weather went bad to worse, the rain came down hard and filled the cave with water, trapping all of them behind a kilometers long maze of passages. It took the entire team to complete the rescue within three weeks. Certainly this Thai story had offered more vision of globalisation. मुंबई के विशेष सीबीआई कोर्ट के जज BH लोया की मौत के मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले से नाराज़ विपक्ष आज अपनी आगे की रणनीति तय करेगी. इस मीटिंग में कई विपक्षी दल शामिल होने की आशंका जताई है.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने विशेष सीबीआई जज बीएच लो‍या की मौत की स्वतंत्र जांच कराने से मना कर दिया है। मुख्य न्यायाधीश दीपक मिश्रा, एएम खानविलकर और डिवाइ चंद्रछुड़ की तीन जजों की पीठ ने यह फैसला आज (गुरुवार) को दिया है। पीठ ने कहा कि गेस्ट हाउस में लो‍या के साथ ठहरे चार अन्य जजों के बयान पर शक करना उचित नहीं है। ये सब जज अपने एक साथी की बेटी के विवाह में शामिल होने नागपुर गए थे। पीठ ने कहा इस मामले में पीआईएल याचिका के क्षेत्राधिकार का दुरुपयोग किया है।

उन्नाव गैंगरेप मामले में आरोपी विधायक कुलदीप सिंह सेंगर को सीबीआई ने शुक्रवार को तड़के उनके इंदिरा नगर स्थित आवास से हिरासत में ले लिया। हिरासत के बाद विधायक को हजरतगंज स्थित सीबीआई कार्यालय में ले जाया गया है। जहां उनसे पूछताछ की जा रही है। सीबीआई टीम ने एसआईटी को भी तलब किया है। जो उन्हें इस मामले में जुड़े अब तक के दस्तावेज सौंपेगी। भाजपा विधायक कुलदीप सिंह सेंगर पर किशोरी ने दुष्कर्म का आरोप लगाया है।
