In this show, I spoke to Shane Belceto, who is launching his book "Inspirational Quotes". We talked about how he proceeded with his book launch and how he located joint venture partners to help his efforts. We also talked about his coaching activities, especially his efforts to help businesses use Youtube more effectively in the marketplace. The most remarkable part of this is he has accomplished all of this while visually impaired. It simply proves that there are truly no excuses or obstacles that should stand in the way of success.

His specialties are sports and technology, and we discussed how social media has changed the way we view and cover sports. We also spent a lot of time discussing many of the athletes, Rick has interviewed. We talk about why he thinks they are successful and how that applies to our every day lives.

This week's show featured my guest Shanna Mann, who diverse career has spanned from driving a truck, to running a retreat center and alternative healing facility, and then to writing a book. We discussed the value of persisting in the face of failure, venturing outside the comfort zone, and the importance of valuing the journey versus valuing the destination. We also discussed why owning your own business is less risky than having a steady job. Joel Canfield also joined us to discuss the book he and Shanna co-authored called "Why We Lead". Shanna is also a Transformational Awareness coach where she helps people see their decision making processes and how they impact the choices we make.
