It's been a few years since we talked about Laura Kinney, AKA X-23, AKA the other Wolverine. To present this awesome character, we've brought in a very special guest, long-time friend of the show, Erica! You know him, you love to hate him: it's Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin of Crime! We talk about his supervillain origins, his best enemies, and his most villainous schemes! 

In this episode we discuss Truth: Red, White, and Black, the landmark 2003 comic by Robert Morales and Kyle Baker. The series presents the story of African-American soldiers experimented on by the American government during WWII in an effort to make a new super-soldier serum. Be warned: it's a dark, sad tale mirroring actual historic events.

In 2001, Peter Milligan and Mike Allred turned X-Force into a one of the strangest teams in comic history with a comic so graphic it drove Marvel out of the Comics Code Authority. This group eventually became X-Statix, one of Jon's all-time favorite team comics and he's thrilled to share them with you!
