Millennial Gen embrace youth month by discussing the responsibility of young people with wonder-kids Ahooligan Sage17 and photographer extraordinaire DowntownThabs. They talk about their creative journey and what the youth have to do to create a change.

In celebration of Youth Month, this week we embrace youth month and we start a narrative about what our responsibilities are as the youth. We are also visited by DJ Grizzly and the biggest shit talker in the planet, Uncle Hunt.

The Millennial Gen brings inspiration for young creatives through Afrojazz and freestyles. Marc and Denis also talk about what it takes to be an entrepreneur.

This week we've got Joseph Ntahilaja and D2D yourdad giving us the lowdown on the underground/alternative culture that is thriving in Joburg and all the amazing things it has to offer. We are also joined by the killer lyricists, the ladies man with the smooth jamz - it's LJE' coming with some supah hot fire freestyles for y'all. Enjoy.

The boys are joined by the wonder miss Spartz, who gives us a taste of her freestyle soul singing (yes you read that correctly) - and then special guests Huntar and Kudzi come in for a bit of banter.

The team is joined in studio by slam poet Thando Mnguni and she has the entire studio on the edge of their seats and fighting back the tears! Don't miss this very necessary conversation about her powerful poem. They are also joined by another type of poet, rapper Spunky Galaxy is in the studio talking about his journey to greatest.

On this week's show, Khanyi and Marc host some very talented young musicians. The team are joined by Maaru, Kavani and Phila who all bring fire to the booth with their vocals. Maaru and Kavani even made something special, just for you.

The Millennial Gen team have local fashion start-up Isaiah Apparel in the studio talking about how they want to change the fashion game. Then some fire rappers from the label innanetwav, Solve The Problem and FCA Nash, are in the booth telling us about their music and releasing an exclusive track right here on TMG show. You heard it here first y'all!

In this week's show, the boys have the mercurial and storytelling local rapper Sipho The Gift in studio, talking about his creative process and how he comes to make his tracks. Addai and Khanyi also take some time to explain what The Millennial Gen do.

Khanyi and Addai chat to up and coming DJ duo HAPOLY about their musical journey so far, and what's next for them. They also brought along their turntables and put together a mix of their own tunes. Illustration superstar, the African Ginger himself - aka Seth Pimentel - is a multimedia artist who talks about his craft and some of the dope things he's been involved in and putting out into the world. The Millennial Gen show goes global yet again, as the team is visited by American DJs Mr Stich and DJ Get Nasty. Hailing all the way from Pennsylvania, the DJs are in South Africa on tour, and they were cool enough to swing by the studio for a chat. Multi-talented, singer, rapper, songwriter and producer Ricky Tyler is also in the studio debuting some of his freshly released music and giving us the scoop on his latest music video... plus he blesses the mic with some fiery freestyles! This week Addai and Khanyi are joined by two 17-year-old lyricists (Lucretius and Jed) who absolutely destroy the freestyle beats thrown at them. And the studio is better looking than usual with the boys being joined by two of the hottest stylists in SA at the moment (Lethabo and Ryan), and a group of beautiful models redefining the norm.

Khanyisa and Addai welcome two artists from opposite ends of the spectrum - polar opposite creatives both making huge waves in their respective fields. Melo is a gospel singer from Johannesburg with a truly inspiring story behind how she got into music. Mbuso 'deKiller'Clown' Shabalala is a multi-talented, all around creative and stone cold rapper and producer... coming in hot with some killer freestyles and funny stories.

The Millennial Gen had our first outside broadcast - coming to you live from the Lifestyle Home Garden. First up we had a live performance from Stephane Marais, followed by a dope interview with supa hot fire Astryd Brown, and to finish it off there's a very informative conversation with Myrtle - one half of 'The Dagga Couple'.

Some serious knowledge is dropped in the studio, Khanyi can't stop talking about Black Panther... and our Millennial Artist of the Week, Tony Bala, comes in and shocks the entire studio.

This week's show features local (yet international) lawyer and influencer Tarryn Candice, and some live entertainment with up and coming artist Kavani making a return to redeem himself from his broken strings that happened the last time.

@Thelifeofafly - AKA Sandi the Sandman - comes into the studio with some HEAT! Dillon Warren joins the team for the career segment, talking about PPC and what the media agency entails. Plus the Passports & Perignon blogger plays a hectic “Would You Rather?” session.

This episode features young fashion and lifestyle blogger Ms Bronwyn - AKA the Queen of Jozi - who tells us about the come up in the South African influencer games. We are also joined by Tash Alomia, a young budding entrepreneur doing her changing the way we get lit in summer... and last but not least, we have sneaker designer Matthew Edwards coming in to share his story and discuss the sneaker scene in SA.

We are joined by the ever-radiant Bobo Matjila for an in-depth conversation about the platforms creatives can use to get their work out into the world, and how you (the creative) can make money off your work.
