Breaking down the news of the week before season starts tomorrow night and previewing the Western Conference. 

Breaking down the NBA in particular the Eastern Conference. 

Where to begin, the NBA has just been flipped upside down and the only we can sit back and just take it all in. It's impossible to make sense of all of this and all I can do is kick back and say This League. 

Congratulations Toronto Raptors on winning the NBA Finals, but the fun really begins with free agency. Taking an initial look at what the field of free agents looks like and what certain teams and superstars will look to do. 

Just as the title says. Looking at how the Raptors shocked basketball circles around the world and how this team probably deserves more credit than what has been given. They proved they're for real in game 1 and now we look to see how they could dethrone Golden State moving forward in the series. Lastly some random sports talk from what's been happening.

The NBA Finals begin tomorrow and it couldn't be a more compelling match up. Toronto Raptors and Golden State Warriors will be an exciting series to watch. After that things get a little off the rails with new segments Worst Take and Greatest Take of the Week. To close the show music is the subject taking a deep dive into Khalid's new album Free Spirit. The album is phenomenal and I recommend it to any music fan out there. Khalid is making a case to be considered one of the greatest at the latest, but he's making a compelling case for being one of must listen to's of music world today.  

Recapping first with the Bucks vs. Raptors series in the Eastern Conference Finals. What happened to Milwaukee and can they get out of this 3 game slump to shut up Drizzy Drake. Honestly he's gotten to annoying stealing the Raptors spotlight. Lastly looking into one of the craziest stories in Division III NCAA sports with the MIAC confrence voting to remove St. Thomas University for more competitive parity in the conference. 

A little change of pace to chat about some Game of Thrones and new summer music to jam with. Don't worry there will always be enough sports to chat about, but if I just talk sports I might go insane. DJ Khaled dropped a new album last week called "Father of Asahd" and if you haven't listened to it yet you need to. Also chatting about Logic's new album and Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber's new song "Who Cares". This is the hot music dropping season and I am sure more tracks will be coming soon from everyone whose relevant. 

New Orleans Pelicans won the Zion Williamson sweepstakes and the art of tanking has been proven unsuccessful. With only a 6% shot at winning the Pelicans have a acquired basketball relevance. New York is pissed as usual and praying for Kevin Durant to sign and who knows how any of this NBA Draft will shake out. It all speculation at this point.

I've been gone for a minute, but had to come back. I miss chatting on this stuff. Playoff basketball and a multitude of other sports talk that's worth mentioning. Milwaukee is back on the map with the Bucks and Brewers and I couldn't be more excited. This is as random as it gets and that's what being Up For Anything is all about. Who knows what's next?

Final 4 weekend is here and we are nearing the end of college basketball. First off we break down the games of the weekend. The NBA is almost in playoff mode and MVP debates are full on between James Harden and Giannis Antetokounmpo. towards the end I chat a little on the NFL and what the future of the NBA looks like as we move closer to the off-season. 

As the madness ends the sweetness begins. The college basketball stage heats up as the Sweet 16 and the Elite 8 are under way. NBA regular season is coming to a close and much more.

The Madness has begun! This bracket has a lot of match ups to be desired and now it is time to fill out those brackets and figure out whose going to come out on top. 

February has been a hell of a month in all the different stories and events that occurred. Since the Super Bowl we been hit with a new one day after day. Robert Kraft most recent scandal has got me wondering what else can the NFL take away from the Pat's to see if they can make it to once again another successful next season? Also what is wrong with the best of the best in the NBA LeBron, Kyrie, and KD all seem to in a funk that is just overall toxic for basketball in general. Can we just go back to when we respected them for the abilities on the court because all they've been doing lately is talking too much for their own damn good. 

Kicking things off with a recap of Week 16. It had to be the wildest college basketball could get yet. Endless content and story lines across the board. Looking into the updated rankings and expectations for the top games of Weeks 17. March is less than a week away! Also NBA got back in action last week Thursday and this week a lot of top teams will be matching up. Let see who make the biggest moves.  

Putting Reno, Nevada on the map this year the Wolfpack have shocked the country with there experience and consistency within their program set by head coach Eric Musselman. They have stayed in the Top 10 for majority of the year and will look to make a deep run in the tournament in March. 

Quick and straight to the point breaking down the resume of the Houston Cougars and why they are a great team and why the field should be intimidated if they get placed in their region for March Madness. 

Looking back on Week 15 we learned a lot about how good Duke actually is along with what Kentucky is capable of. Moving forward to Week 16 we can an up more top notch ACC match ups as well as some games that will factor into Big 12 and Big 10 standings.

Breaking down the sports drama of the past week. Antonio Brown's oblivious antics and pending trade possibilities. Pelican's worst nightmare happened when AD suffers a shoulder contusion, could it get any more awkward for both parties? Can Kentucky finish games, LSU exposed them this week how will they respond when they match up against the arguably #1 Tennessee Vols?

It is the most underwhelming NBA weekend of the NBA season, nonetheless we break it down because basketball is basketball. Lastly we take a look at where the league is at and how the teams are looking going into the post trade deadline/All-Star weekend. Exciting stuff moving into the second half of the NBA season.
