I speak to Lee Chambers, Environmental Psychologist, Wellbeing Consultant and Founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing. Having spent the last 10 years working in a variety of fields, including local government, a corporate organisation, and in elite sports, he has now brought his experience and qualifications with the aim to impact the wellbeing of thousands of individuals and businesses through organisational wellbeing advancement, while looking to promote conscious and purpose lead leadership internally. Lee has qualifications in Performance Nutrition, Environmental Psychology and Advanced Sleep Consultancy, and he delivers multi-discplinary workshops focused on improving performance and productivity through increasing employee wellbeing.

Christian Phyfier is a 31 year old Serial Entrepreneur and investor,  Entertainment Agent and the CEO Of Resist Entertainment Group.  Born in Hawaii and currently based out of Phoenix, Christian has helped develop and guide over 500 sports, music and other talented individuals to a path of strategizing, marketing and budgeting their independent careers. Christian is most well known for his influence in the music world being deemed a super agent by majority of his clients, having developed his very own music distribution, marketing and recording companies.

Stokes, who has several accomplishments, struck gold by winning the Gwinnett Center International Film Festival’s Audience Choice Award with his directorial debut in 2015 with the music mini-film, Salvation RMX for Best Music Video. We talk about purpose, his passions, pandemic life, the Black lives matter movement and much more!

Finale episode of the series! I have the wonderful Jason Mayden on the show. Jason is a designer, entrepreneur, youth advocate and sports junkie! For the past 15 years Jason has created experiences that have existed at the intersection of youth culture and technology. The products he designed while at Nike/Jordan Brand have become some of the most coveted cultural artifacts of our time. 

I speak to Femi Jacobs, Nigeria based Actor. His lead role in the 2013 breakthrough romantic comedy film - The Meeting cemented his place amongst Nollywood's better-known leading faces. It also earned him his first pan-African accolade as Best Actor in Comedy in the 2015 edition of the prestigious African Magic Viewers Choice Awards. But just ten years prior to his film debut, he was also well known as a recording artist, worship leader, and a public speaker. He had been honing his leadership skills whilst leading and directing various musical groups for about two decades.

Luxury World Traveler currently operates three separate divisions: Luxury Travel Agency, Digital Marketing Production Studio/ Social Media Marketing/Consulting. Gil currently consults for Major hospitality brands such as Small Luxury Hotels/ Four Seasons/ Ritz Carlton and Nobu to name a few.

I speak to Remi Moses, Filmmaker and Writer from London. He has been film-making for 6 years now and likes to tell stories about invisible illnesses, internal struggles and intimately complicated relationships. Remi has an an affinity with romantic, dreamy cinematography and visual storytelling that combines with deeply poetic writing, like that of Zack Snyder and Christopher Nolan, which was his entry point for his interest in filmmaking.

As a dynamic cinematographer with a signature style, Joel Honeywell, came from humble beginnings - growing up in urban South London, he developed an eye for art and photography. In 2011, graduating from the prestigious Arts University of Bournemouth where he obtained a BA in Film Production, Joel, had stepped into his career, drawing towards cinematography. Starting off as a camera trainee and assistant on set for films such as ‘The Mummy’ and ‘King Arthur, he has worked his way through commercials for known brands, like Nike, Adidas, and Vogue as well as award winning music promos for breakthrough musicians like Stormzy. Joel is in high demand, for his bold and honest use of light, colour, mixed formats and distinctive framing.

I speak to Sheila Nortley. Sheila is an award-winning filmmaker who has written, produced and directed several internationally renowned projects  including Zion, Victim and feature film David is Dying. Sheila founded Kingdom Drama School in 2011, now run by Ashley Walters. In 2013 she produced the independent feature  Sable Fable which went on to win Best Film at the prestigious American Black Film Festival awards in Miami, Florida. In 2016, she won the Woman of the Future award in Arts & Culture for her work in film and was invited to Buckingham Palace.

I speak to Dhanny Joshi, talent manager and founder of Big Deal Films. Frustrated at the lack of television opportunities for diverse talent on British television, Dhanny set up Big Deal Films with £200 to serve the audiences with wider perspectives and talent. Fast forward four years, Big Deal is the UK’s leading minority led multi-genre independent production company producing Documentaries, Drama’s and Comedy across the major platforms including BBC One, The One Show, BBC Three, ITV2, Channel 4, CBBC and Sky and is a big champion of diverse voices and talent. 

I speak to Ambreen Razia, an Actress & Writer from South London. Her critically acclaimed play The Diary of a Hounslow Girl toured nationally around the UK and has been adapted as a BBC three Pilot. Her play 'POT' was published by Oberon books and completed it's UK National Tour around the country, focusing heavily on girls in gangs and children growing up in the UK care system, She  co wrote and screened her short filmed 'Relapse', which explores the UK's prison system

I speak to Alexander Theo; a London based Gay writer/performer with a Greek Cypriot heritage and comedy drama sensibilities. Alexander is an actor, writer and stand up comedian. We talk about the journey so far, and he gets candid about the adversity and highlights the importance of mental health.
