A wonderful human being in Matt Linney joins me on Episode 2 of Beneath the Surface. This one is all about how transformational consuming podcast content can be, and how the mining environment is perfect for broadening your perspective, while you work. Matt's been listening to podcasts since 2005 and throughout his career in the mining industry.  They've been a source of entertainment and education for Matt, and have ultimately shifted his perspectives and challenged his biases.   A fantastic takeaway from this episode is how listening to podcasts, while at work, has ultimately shaped Matt into being a people-focused leader who actively applies podcast insights into his current mining supervisory role.
