These are some of the questions examined in a new study by the Taub Center, "The Elasticity of Employment in the Labor Market." As Israel braces for a major attack from Iran and its proxies the level of anxiety here rises. While the threats may be real, they are also significant psychological warfare.  Dr. Ron Schleifer, from the school of communications at Ariel University, and author of the book “Post Psychological Warfare,” said that Hezbollah and Iran and its proxies were flooding the social media with fake accounts causing fear and rage by Israeli. Foreign airlines have continued to cancel flights to Israel. Low-cost carrier easyJet announced Tuesday it was extending the suspension of flights to and from Israel until March. However, Israeli airlines are adding additional flights, including from Athens and Larnaca, bringing home Israelis who were stuck there.   Delta Airlines announced it was extending its suspension of flights to Ben Gurion Airport through August 31.     American United Airlines also stopped its flights to Israel and has not yet announced when it will renew its flights to Ben Gurion Airport. El Al is now the only company currently operating direct flights between Israel and the United States.    Meanwhile, thousands of Israelis are stranded overseas as some foreign airlines, including the Lufthansa Group, cancelled flights. The annual meteor shower is dazzling the skies of Israel with the peak being this weekend as the earth passes through a cloud of cosmic dust left behind by a comet. Israel faces what could be a wider war further impacting the economy, which has been dented from the 10-month-long war with Hamas already. Over 200 BBC staff, contractors, suppliers, and contributors have written a letter  declaring  that antisemitism is systematic  at the BBC, claiming  that “Jews don’t count.”  The signators are demanding  “an urgent formal investigation” into what the letter described as “anti-Jewish racism” at the BBC. BBC Chair Samir Shah dismissed the calls for an investigation, praised the BBC’s “inclusive” culture, and highlighted a process for whistle-blowers in response to the letter. Two people were killed  were killed in a terrorist stabbing attack in Holon on Sunday morning. Two other victims have been admitted to Wolfson Hospital and are listed as being in serious condition.    The terrorist, a Palestinian resident of Salfit in the West Bank, who was in Israel without a permit, was killed on the scene of the attack by police officers. For many youth, a summer camp experience is a formative one. For youth displaced by the ongoing war, the framework can also provide one for healing, building resilience and reconnecting.  Summer Camps Israel, an umbrella organization that works with summer camps, has worked throughout the year to provide brief camp experiences for those children affected by the war. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Sunday suggested  potential military action against Israel, drawing parallels to Turkey's involvement in Karabakh and Libya. In response,  foreign minister Yisrael Katz urged NATO to expel Turkey. "Erdogan is following in the footsteps of Saddam Hussein and threatening to attack Israel. He should remember what happened there and how it ended," Katz said in the statement. The Jerusalem Print Workshop is marking 50 years of experimentation, creativity, friendship and groundbreaking printmaking. Since 1974, the print workshop has strived to rethink print, to both challenge the status quo and respect the timeless traditions of printing techniques.
