Short Story Bingo

Kid Kayo is one of a kind. He would never say that because his humility precedes him. I've known the champ for the better part of 10 years. But this is the first time that we were able to sit down and dive deeper into his story. What a treat. We spoke about him growing up with a boxing family history, the grind it takes to be a boxer out of Utah, a state that isn't synonymous with boxing champions. Recalling his fight with Keith Thurman and how he still feels something in his ribs, ha! Let's just say we covered a lot but have a few more rounds to go. See what I did there? Ha!
