In this episode I share with you movement meditation steps to take throughout your day to make it mindful. The Perfect Way To Start A Mindful Day. 1. Set an alarm 5 mins before you wake up and use those 5 mins to do awareness breathing. 2. Drink water/tea. Hydrate. 3. While in the bath, do simple stretch techniques. *touching the sky, touching the floor. 4. Write down or say aloud, 1 happy thought. “Love & Light. I trust my purpose. “ 5. Write your day out. Plan your moments. 6. Read or listen to positive words before noon. Podcast and Social Media Accounts that promote positive thought. AFTER NOON 1. Add fruits with lunch 2. 2 mins of awareness breathing. 3. Drive home in silence for the 1st 10/20 mins of the drive. 4. Drink water. Hydrate. 5. Get to bed early-ish
