Marcia Moody is an accomplished author and writer. She has penned two biographies, has written for every major magazine and newspaper, and she's currently a columnist for Weight Watchers Magazine as she charts her weight loss journey. She's also my dear friend and my go-to friend for no-nonsense, real life advice, which is why I couldn't wait to get her on the show.
