William is the creator of Hopeful Cases, a fantastic organization based around giving back to those in need. He sets up in subways and public places, opens his guitar case, and plays music in a standard busking fashion, yet he does not keep any of the money people place in his case. Rather, he includes a sign with his case, encouraging those in need to take however much money they need from the case.
