In today's clubhouse takeaways, I discussed motivating your team members to foster a culture or get them involved in assisting other agents at your brokerage or on your team in achieving their objectives. Jumping on a morning call was one thing I enjoyed doing when our team was smaller. I was able to keep up with what was happening in each agent's day.
