In today's clubhouse takeaways I talked about the four steps in the buyer's process to determine whether a lead will turn into a client. Step One is to meet them face to face (typically this will be a showing). This is the quickest way to get in front of them and establish a relationship. Step Two is to have them meet you face to face to discuss the market, the process of purchasing a home in the current market, and the programs and services you will offer them (Buyer Consultation). Step Three is to get them pre-approved. Step Four is to have them commit to work with you as their agent.
