We spent a great week at the New England Food Show in Boston with Island Homemade Vermont Ice Cream. We made lots of friends and spread - scooped - the good word to over a thousand industry professionals and ice cream fans who came by. Here is a chat with Chef Paul from Chef Rubber who explained just why our ice cream is so good! Then, in fewer words, we put together two great Vermont tastes - Island Homemade Maple Bacon Ice Cream and Waffle Cabin's real Liege (Belgian) waffles. Yum!
