We truly enjoyed interviewing today's guest, Dr. Froswa' Booker-Drew, who specializes in relationship building and connecting others. Her company, Soulstice, helps others define and improve their narrative. She is also an Author, Speaker and Trainer and has led groups on very interesting journeys, including a Silence Retreat to a convent and gathering a group of diverse women to teach how to build social capital.  "We don't have spaces to connect anymore, with technology and social media. I think people are so "ON" all the time that they aren't refreshing and replenishing and so it's hard to pour out and give to people when you don't do that for yourself." "I always give the example about when you're on an airplane and they tell you to put your mask on first before you start helping other people.
