Encouragingly, she says, remember that "it's not that they don't love you, it's not that they don't want you to succeed, it's that they're fearful for you. So guard yourself, understand that people come from their own point of view, and be very careful.” She also cautions with a word of advice about our time and dreams: "If you trade hours for dollars, you will never get ahead." Bobbi’s takeaway was, “if you're always in a job where you make a certain dollar amount per hour, you are actually selling your time to another person.
