In this Guided Meditation, we’re connecting with the 5 Feng Shui Elements on a deeper level to work on our mind-body connection with the earth, with the elements, and with Source.  Recently, we’ve discussed How to Calculate your Personal Trigram & find out what your Feng Shui Element is and this is important to open your awareness to personal growth both in your home and life. When you open your awareness to these techniques it allows you to feel the vibrational rise or fall due to the lack of, or the imbalance of these elements in your home. The elements of Feng Shui are wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. When you find out what Feng Shui Element you are, you can incorporate that into your life, practices, and home.  What we’ll focus on in this episode is a guided meditation that you can use on a daily basis to expand your consciousness, deepen your mindfulness practice, and advance your meditation techniques. This meditation with help you connect with the Feng Shui elements to harness the power and
