Rebecca Sandells speaks to artist duo Walter & Zoniel who are attempting to turn Brighton Beach into the biggest canvas in the city by inviting visitors to cast multi-coloured stones onto the beach to create a vast rainbow of vibrant pebbles, each one colour-coded to represent a different artistic view. She also looks ahead to some other events taking place as part of the Festival on Sunday 14th May.
