Ray Santisteban, director and producer, joined Ben Olguin, the director of the global Latinidades project of UCSB, in the Carsey Wolf center to talk about his documentary Time of the Phoenix: The First Rainbow Coalition. In their discussion, Ray Santisteban mentions how he came to make this documentary and how he started his film making career.
