Today’s podcast is all about celery juice. Celery juice is a hot topic worldwide right now. A lot of people in the health industry are pushing celery Juice as “miracle juice”. While celery Juice might not be creating any miracles, it’s certainly good for you and worth incorporating into your diet. Celery contains large amounts of Vitamins C and K and as well as folate and potassium. Studies have shown that celery may help fight against cancer. It’s also a natural anti-inflammatory and helps with bloating and constipation.  As you know I’m not quick to jump into new health trends, but for the past month I’ve been juicing celery daily and it’s been improving my digestion, psoriasis and energy levels. In this episode, I talk about my journey into juicing celery and I provide some medical research, serving size information and give you the do’s and don’ts of how to properly juice celery.
