In a super double secret probation type of way, Jed Hoyer pulled off a doozy right before this year's GM meetings.  Nobody saw it coming.  Not even the insiders.  Craig Counsell is the new manager of the Chicago Cubs.  He'll move 90 miles south and be $40M richer for it.  Be warned though.  A relationship with the Cubs can get wierd.  Just ask Dusty, Lou, Dale, Rick, Joe and David.   The Cardinals?
