Bob Bowlsby, inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame this summer as an Outstanding American, is returning to where his AD career started - Northern Iowa - as the Panthers named him the school’s interim AD on Wednesday, taking over for David Harris, who is leaving for Tulane. This one’s amusing since Tulane got its last AD from UNI - Troy Dannen. He recently left Tulane for Washington. So let’s see if Dannen, a friend of wrestling, or so it seemed at times in his past, will be proactive and bring wrestling back to Washington.
