Angeles' Rosen: Fed's done hiking; now's a good time to look longer term

Michael Rosen, chief investment officer at Angeles Investments, says that while he believes the Federal Reserve is done increasing interest rates, it's not yet close to cutting them, and investors will want to lock in good returns for the longer term, so he is starting to lengthen maturities now to protect against reinvestment risk.
