Synopsis

Tyler and Jeph bring on a guest, Lauren, who spent the past year training Tyler remotely to prepare him physically for the Sniper Adventure Challenge to a level beyond what he could have accomplished on his own. From adjusting workouts, tracking muscle fatigue, adding a diet. Building strength, adding muscle, and ultimately pushing to a limit beyond anything normal. Not to mention, in depth look at what Tyler is like on the other end of the training spectrum. He will do anything and every to max effort... but he will probably bitch like a little girl the whole time. Definitely an experience worth sharing. Puts a new perspective on having personal and private training whether its for fitness or shooting, if you're serious about taking massive leaps, moving from average to elite, this avenue cannot be overlooked.
