The organization Our Brothers was founded by and for bereaved siblings. Its activities throughout the year provide support frameworks to the siblings, and engage in projects and initiatives to honor the memories of their loved ones. Relationships are often forged across different generations of loss within the community. A recent commemorative song project involving bereaved siblings of fallen soldiers from the 1973 Yom Kippur war connected with the experience of brothers and sisters whose siblings fell in the ongoing Iron Swords war.
