If you were to guess, where do you think a majority of young voters fall politically? Popular opinion might have you guessing a majority of Gen-Zers are Democratic. However that is not true. According to a Gallup poll, while a good chunk of 18–29-year-olds, 47% of them, do identify as Democratic, 39% identify as Republican, and 12% Independent so they are quite nuanced.
