Residents in Norfolk, MA have made their concerns clear about the state’s plan to house a couple hundred migrants at the old Bay State Correctional Center. Despite residents’ pushback, the state has informed the town that at least 400 migrants will arrive at the shelter by the end of this week. A community group, the Concerned Citizens of Norfolk are holding a rally this week in protest.
