Just a day after the attorney representing Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao announced he was stepping down, we're learning that her spokesperson also resigned. Francis Zamora issued a statement this morning announcing his departure, saying it was an honor to serve the city of Oakland. He did not give a reason for his resignation.  For more on this, KCBS Radio anchors Bret Burkhart and Patti Reising spoke to KCBS insider Phil Matier.
