Rush Limbaugh, on today's show, told listeners that he has been been made the "titular head of the Republican party" by members of the "drive-by media" and Obama White House. But he claims to not want the crown. "I am resigning," Limbaugh said. "I am resigning as the titular head of the Republican Party." Limbaugh later said he was passing the baton to ????
