Amanda Whittal, is a health psychologist, certified natural health practitioner and yoga instructor. Amanda has worked as a practitioner providing holistic therapies and yoga, and as a researcher on a variety of health topics, including patient-health professional communication, stress relief with yoga and meditation, health behavior, rehabilitation, cultural differences and health policy.
