Mark Levin Audio Rewind

On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democrat media and Democrats are desperately trying to create a scandal with the Atlantic, Signal story. There is no scandal. There was no threat to our armed forces or the ongoing mission. President Trump will get to the bottom of it. More attention has been devoted to the Signal story than to the 13 courageous soldiers who lost their lives during Biden’s horrific Afghanistan withdrawal. We’re bombing the hell out of the Houthis and we’re not getting many reports on it. Later, a group filed a lawsuit over the Trump administration's Signal group chat, and it was amazingly assigned to Judge Boasberg - the same judge hearing the deportation case. This case should be thrown out because the group doesn’t have standing.   Also, it’s illogical that a single district court judge, at the lowest level, can issue an order impacting the entire nation, while a lone Supreme Court justice lacks similar authority. Although appeals are an option, the process can drag on for years, exacerba
