Coach Glass Podcast

My mentors shaped my life. They help me grow and call bullshit on me when I am fooling myself. They lead by example and shine light on what is possible. As much as I have learnt form my mentors I have learned incredible lessons from those who I mentor. Dr. Mike Voight once told me “Instead of looking for the next peak to climb, why don’t you help someone else get to your peak!” That is why my yearly Coach Glass Mentorship is my favourite event of the year. An opportunity for me to help others climb to new peaks and maximize their potential. The quality of friendships I have made through the process of mentoring and being mentored cannot be measured. This episode is my way of saying thank you to some of the people who impacted me and helped me become the Coach I am today.
