When making decisions in business you need to look at the problem objectively. I get it! You are a passionate coach, athlete or professional with huge aspirations. Thats great! Remove the passion when making business decisions or you will over commit to opportunities that seem shiny and attractive at first glance and come up short in the end. Look at it analytically in black and white, make your decision, then paint it in between the lines with all your creative, passionate colours! This Week’s Task: I want you take the time to separate yourself from your decisions this week and have an awareness of how many decisions you are making out of a place of passion and how many decisions you make from an analytical mindset. Just looking at your decision making process from a distance will give you incredible insight into your tendencies and will create a little voice in the back of your head that will potentially stop you in your tracks in the future before you make a big mistake!
