 Today's show is a Q & A from you all! This is a part 1 as we got so many questions! - Lately, I've been struggling with my nutrition. I've been feeling really anxious about my food, because I want to be in a certain weight class for powerlifting, and I need to lose some pounds to get there, but I'm struggling with dropping the few pounds and constantly being in a deficit. I want to take time off from obsessively tracking my food, but every time I do, I dive into a pit of "fuck it" and eat crap. Then I gain weight, and get further away from my goal. My next meet is in October and I feel like I shouldn't lose weight right before the meet. Any advice? - Lacy, as an anxious passenger, how much better is Oregon than California? I too am an anxious passenger, and driver, and the LA area was probably the worst experience of my life, especially as a semi truck driver. Had to quit that job just because they always sent me to NY and LA. - How do you deal with periods of time where you have very low energy? I'
