Hear us answer the following questions! Q: Body dysmorphia question: is it inappropriate to ask someone you trust to asses your progress if you are aiming to lose weight/build muscle? How do you know when to you are "done" getting in shape? Should our goals be completely NON-aesthetic? Q: How did you get into lifting? How can other people get into lifting? Is 1-on-1 coaching the best option for a beginner? Q: I'm finishing up grad school. I'm starting to get teaching gigs all around town and I'm applying for grants related to implementing yoga and mindfulness in public schools. Im teaching international students about ahimsa philosophy in Delhi this summer.... I just subbed for a yoga celebrity.... So why do I struggle with feeling like I'm not good enough still? Why do I feel like there is a lack in my life? Q: I want to be a health/wellness coach! I'm in no way qualified to do this.
