Winter has its charms. For some it's snow, hands wrapped around a warm mug of delicious coffee or tea, scarves and mittens, pumpkin spiced everything or cuddling up with someone cute in full on hibernation mode while binge watching their favorite shows. For others it can mean a battle with the bummed. The darker, colder, weather can sometimes make you feel lethargic and way less driven or stoked. So how do you cope?! In this weeks episode we discuss our ways of dealing with the gloomy weather especially with Lacy's recent move to the wetter and colder PNW as well as Holly's coping methods with the first winter in California for 3 years (is it a real winter though?). Ideas we throw out include: keeping your programming tight and sticking with your workout plan or possibly getting a more defined workout plan as sometimes "I need to go to the gym" is less driving then "today is squat day!". Also having a workout buddy so you both can drive each other to not skip days, using short cardio stints to warm up
