Today we discuss how to stay healthy physically, emotionally and mentally during the holiday season! Topics include: building a "game plan" going into family gathers, ways to respond to relatives saying inappropriate questions or comments about your body, getting a buddy system for support if you need it, and other coping mechanisms. Holidays are supposed to be about warmth, family and love but often those are blended with stress, emotional triggers and negative feels. Building a game plan and figuring out ways to deal ahead are ways you can negate the bad and stay healthy.
