Welcome to Rise and Resist episode 6! There is absolutely no denying that without motivation, we're not sure where we'd be. In this episode we discuss what motivates us to move forward with our fitness goals- from aesthetics, to other athletes, to our love for the animals- we discuss all the ins and outs of how we talk ourselves up on the bad days and what we do when we need to take a break from our sport of choice.
