Hi Everyone, Michael Sandler here, your host on Inspire Nation. Today we have a very special, short meditation designed to help you bring about a perfect day. It’s called the Miracle Morning Meditation, appropriate, because today we’ve released an interview with Jeff Sanders, author of the 5 AM Miracle. You can find his interview on our Inspire Nation Show, and on our website at InspireNationShow.com. This meditation is best done first thing in the morning, either just waking up, or after rolling out of bed, and grabbing a nice large glass of water to begin to wake up the mind. You can do this seated, or laying down. Personally, I prefer it laying down, just make sure you won’t fall back asleep. This is a meditation that gets better with practice. It’s part meditation, part visualization, and your visualization muscles take time to develop.
