Jan’s interest in UFOs began at the age of 9 when he and his brother were visited by a real UFO, no more than thirty feet from them, with no visible means of propulsion other than making a humming noise, before shooting off over the horizon. This event profoundly changed their lives. As a result of this experience, Jan pursued finding the answer to the technology these craft display believing that a breakthrough would revolutionize transportation and energy on our planet. Jan was named Executive Director of MUFON on August 1, 2013.  MUFON It is the oldest and largest civilian UFO-investigative organization in the United States. MUFON claims 4,000 members worldwide with chapters in 43 countries and all 50 states. The group has over 500 certified field investigators deployed worldwide, who undergo training and certification by MUFON and they are having a major symposium coming up in Las Vegas with some of the premier minds in the field.
