In episode 23, Angela sits with her good friend, Tamiko Wong to talk about grief and loss. Tamiko is the former executive director of the Oakland Asian Cultural Center and most recently worked with the Chinese Culture Center in Chinatown, San Francisco. They talk about how she is processing the grief and loss of her father's passing on December 2nd while everything is so raw and fresh, the tough decisions that needed to be made when his health started to decline and the memories that she cherishes of him.
