It can be overwhelming with the amount of health products that get put in front of us on a daily basis and difficult to know what will actually help. The truth is, health and wellness is an individual thing and we need to find what works best for our specific situations. Obviously, some products and tools are just better than others and the key is finding what those are for us. But if we do come across something that works, why not add to our health regime. If it helps your body and you can afford it, why not drink the best water, take the best supplements, do the best energy medicine tools and so on.
