What does it mean to be offered a 'seat at the table'? Thanks to Sherri Nozik and Rebekah Townsend.   Sidenote: Rebekah makes a great point during this conversation about using, "guys" to address all people. When listening back, we realized that we used that term throughout the conversation. We wanted to simply express that we agree with Rebekah, and we need to work on that.   Cheers.
