Nicky Hayden finished 5th in his first season as a full time World Superbike competitor. Following a 13 year career as a MotoGP rider who won the 2006 World Championship, Nicky chose to make the move to World Superbike with the single goal of ultimately winning the World Superbike Championship and becoming the only rider in history to win both World Championships.
