I personally invite Mayor Blasio, Senator Martinez, Justin Brannon and the NYC Council. There is many people wanting to help the NYCACC but we have hurdles to go through. We want to NYCACC to let us help them become a NO KILL shelter.  We have seen so many sad stories of dogs and cats dying when they could have been rehomed and saved.
