This time around we talk to a friend of ours who also is the Director of Culinary Operations Bocca Pizzeria, Austin Lee. In addition to that, he's also spent the past decade as a notable DJ named Brik a Brak. Bocca is a new high-end pizzeria in Cultivation Hall part of The District at Eastover. We've been waiting to do this one for a while, and it shows. Enjoy!
